the staff offered fast check-in. i found a welcome drink waiting for me. the hotel location was central and convenient.
i found the music a little too loud in the lobby at certain hours.

nice lunchfriendly staffgrumpy barman
i loved the coffee machine and the provided playlist in the room. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. lunch at the hotel was nice. the reception staff was genuinely friendly and all staff were polite (which i always appreciate).
the bar service was slow, and the barman seemed a bit grumpy. i waited quite a while for my drink, and my order was even cancelled in the end.

the hotel featured many lights and music options on the tv, i could even access yoga programs. there was a free water bottle provided per night (which is a nice touch). the air conditioning could be switched off completely.

friendly staffslow servicenarrow corridors
the staff was friendly (a definite plus).
the bar service was slow and not very friendly. the bartender seemed to prioritize new arrivals over existing orders. my drink order was eventually canceled after a long wait. the narrow corridors made navigating with luggage difficult.
